Gila River Arizona Casinos to Add Table Games
Three casinos operated by Gila River plan to launch table games including roulette, baccarat, and craps.
Las Vegas style gaming is coming to Arizona. Gila River Hotels & Casinos announced this week that its Wild Horse Pass Hotels and Casinos will launch table games today with players able to enjoy blackjack, midi-baccarat, and roulette. A buffet is also available on site. The Lone Butte Casino and Vee Quiva are also operated by Gila River and they will launch new table games in a few weeks. Players will be able to further enjoy more slot games and higher betting limits onsite.
Wild Horse Launch
Gila River Gaming Enterprises announced this week that the Wild Horse Pass will offer a total of 14 new table games starting on Friday. Players will find craps, blackjack, and roulette at the Chandler facility thanks to a new compact with the tribe that took effect in May.
For high rollers, the casino will be opening a new High Limit Salon, complete with midi-baccarat gaming as well as high limit blackjack tables and one high limit roulette table. A private cashier cage is offered in this area to provide an exclusive feel to the space.
Gila River announced the appointment of So Young-Kish as the executive host for the high limit guest area. Young-Kish will provide guests with exclusive experiences along with high-energy entertainment options and premium food selections.
CEO of Gila River Hotels & Casinos, Kenneth Manuel, commented on the new launch by stating:
Richard Strafella, the Chief Operations Officer for Gila River, commented that guests of the properties can expect an entertaining and rewarding experience when they visit. No matter what players are looking for, they will find it with Gila River.
More Loyalty Options
For players who are part of the Gila River loyalty program, there are added benefits on offer now along side the new game launch. THE Card is one of the strongest options in the area and offers players higher rewards now with the new table games.
Players can use the same card and play games at all three Gila River properties to earn points. This level of convenience is perfect for those who live in the area and frequent more than one casino. No matter which property you visit, points can be earned for rewards, providing you quality incentives for your game play.
On an interesting side note, the new table games are being called the official headquarters of Arizona sports. The casinos have teamed up with the professional sports teams in Arizona to create tables themed after the franchises.
The Cardinals, Diamondbacks, Coyotes, Mercury, Suns, and Sun Devil Athletics can all be seen in the table game areas. The new games include sports themed chips as well as a unique setting that makes it fun to enjoy table games. Officials of the casinos feel that the new table games will be a hit with players as well as sports fans.
Gila River also has plans to open an expansion at Wild Horse Pass in the fall. A total of $143 million was spent to bring new hotel rooms, a meeting space, rooftop restaurant, and two swimming pools to the property. Once the expansion opens, it will allow the casino to offer more space to additional guests.
