BetMGM Announces New 76ers Branded Table Games
BetMGM has decided to add blackjack and roulette games in Pennsylvania and New Jersey branded after the NBA’s 76ers.
It is not uncommon for a gambling brand to have a partnership with a professional sports team these days. After the Professional and Amateur Sports Protection Act (PASPA) was struck down in 2018 by the US Supreme Court, sports betting began to expand across the nation and professional sports teams began signing deals with major providers. BetMGM has signed deals with several sports teams including the NBA’s 76ers. As the official gaming partner of the team, BetMGM has decided to offer table games branded after the 76ers within its New Jersey and Pennsylvania operations.
New Blackjack and Roulette Games
Fans of the 76ers and table games will be able to enjoy a variety of games with the team theming. Both blackjack and roulette were highlighted by BetMGM and can be found in both states. In New Jersey, players have access to gaming via BetMGM casino, Party, and Borgata brands. In Pennsylvania, players can log in at BetMGM or Borgata to access the new games.
The 76ers blackjack game offers up to five seats at the table and includes side bets for extra action. The roulette version provides quality animations and includes neighbor section bets. BetMGM worked with its live dealer partner Evolution to create the new titles.
A cool element to the games is that players are seated online in a 3-D suite at the home arena of the NBA team. Feel like you are in on the action as the team takes on a top rival while you get to enjoy either roulette or blackjack from home.
Players in New Jersey have the option to go live with the new table games, which removes players from the suite and transport them into a live version of the game. The tables used to provide the online gaming options are decked out in the team colors, adding to the overall 76ers theming.
BetMGM Director of Gaming, Oliver Bartlett, commented on the new releases stating that the operator is proud to have partnered with the 76ers and introduce the new table games.
NFL Jets Themed Games
If you are a fan of the NFL, then you will be excited to hear that BetMGM also offers Jets themed blackjack and roulette games. Offered in New Jersey, the titles take you to MetLife Stadium where you can play either table game in a realistic setting.
BetMGM has been teamed up with the Jets for quite some time, offering the unique table games and opened a branded studio at Atlantic Health Jetes Training Facility. These games were launched in October of last year and were an addition to the market-leading titles provided by the operator in New Jersey.
The blackjack game features the 21+3 side bet and Any Pair. The roulette and blackjack games also have the go live button so players can easily switch to the live dealer format.
The introduction of themed table games is a great way for BetMGM to utilize its partnerships with top professional sports teams. The brand has several partnerships of this kind, so it would not be surprising to find even more team branded games launched in the future. These games provide additional content to players and serve the team’s fans at the same time.
